A man with a pipe in Zhaoxing, Southern China
| Zhaoxing village is around 850 years old and has a magical atmosphere. On a morning stroll we encountered this man, smoking his pipe as he watched the village come to life in the early morning. The Dong minority villages in this area contrasted significantly with most other villages we saw in China in that they preserved the character and culture that had been lost elsewhere. |
