| While in Patagonia, in southern Chile, we visited the Torres del Paine National Park and stopped for a photo of the actual towers ("torres") of granite rising to around 2,800 metres above sea level. This is the southern tip of the Andes mountain range, and it lives up to its harsh and rugged reputation. |
