52. Hyena and vultures at a kill, Ngorongoro
| We have arrived as a group of hyenas are finishing off the carcass of a wildebeest. Vultures have arrived and are trying to move in, but the hyenas are constantly fighting them off. It is not clear if the hyenas made the kill, or whether lions made the kill and have now left the scene. |
