| Next day, we visit the site of the Terracotta Army, not far from Xi'an. The first exhibit we visit contains items discovered in 1980 not far from the main excavation site. These are half-sized bronze horses, which are very difficult to photograph, given the dark environment, the glass cases holding them, and the crowds of visitors. |
