13. Kamakura Blossoms
| The next day we took a trip to Kamakura, on the coast not far from Tokyo. Kamakura is home to a number of shrines and temples. At the entrance to the Kotokuin Temple, home of the Kamakura Daibutsu (Giant Buddha), it is clear that cherry blossom time has arrived in Kamakura. |
